Things are looking up

I’m crazy busy lately, with report writing, assessments, wedding bits and pieces popping up in between, and lots of things of with friends recently. It’s all good!
We had wonderful news last week when we saw (the newly christened) Pebble’s heart beat. It was just such an overwhelming relief to see that steady little flicker, I couldn’t help but cry hot tears. Big sook.
Here is Pebble. Ain’t she cute? I say she, because somehow that seems right, but I might use he or she interchangeably from now on. I don’t mind what we get, and we’re going to have a surprise. Preferably healthy!
