Twenty Week Old Pebble

We had our 20 week ultrasound today. I was so excited, I got my usual nervous tummy and woke up at 5.30am with the uber-wriggles! I was only a little bit nervous, much less so than with previous scans. It is very reassuring being able to feel Pebble bouncing around inside me everyday.
I can reassure everyone who has said to me “you’re SO BIG! Are you sure there aren’t two babies in there?”, that no, I’m just big, thanks for pointing it out. There is definitely only one baby.
We got to see the heart, stomach, kidneys, gall bladder, feet, hands, arms, legs, fingers, toes. All present and accounted for. No club feet, yay! I had forgotten all about it, but Mr RG had club feet when he was born, so we were at a slightly increased risk of Pebble having club feet also.
Here’s the low down in pictorial form, including the scary skeleton face.

And here’s my BIG 20 week belly, as glamorously photographed today.
