Jam Crumble Slice

Pebble isnt sleeping longer than an hour unless held or in the sling. But I was determined to do something fun today to remind me of my old self. So I baked!
I found this recipe in a Symply Too Good To Be True cookbook and had all ingredients on hand. Its in the oven and I feel a little more human again.

    When both of my children have been little I have had some crazy baking obsessions. I loved the way I could actually 'show' that had achieved something for the day. Your slice looks great. Looks like one my mother in law makes.
