… I am expecting a guest. A friend that I haven’t seen for five years. Along with her 7 year old daughter, 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son.
Why has it been so long? We just drifted apart, in distance and in life.
I made muffins for the occasion, which turned out a little more purple than I anticipated. They taste good, though.
