Still cooking

Today’s baking effort is brought to you by Frills in the Hills, who inspired these mini cheesecakes. They were SO easy to make. I put my own twist on it, using butternut snaps for the base instead of choc ripples, and blueberries instead of raspberries.
They turned out beautifully. If Pebble is well enough tomorrow we’ll be taking them to our playgroup to share.
