So, you’ve heard of the 5 min chocolate mug cake that did the rounds of the interwebs last year? Well here is the 5 min Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookie, brought to you by one of my blogging favs, Not Quite Nigella.
How cool is it to just make one {large} cookie?
I knew I had to try out this recipe as soon as I saw it. It was a sinch. Unlike my waist line.
Here’s the batter pre-nuke.
And here’s the finished product:
The only difference in my interpretation of the recipe was that I used Nestle chocolate chips instead of Hershey's Kisses, as that’s all I had on hand. I used about a tablespoon of chocolate chips.
NQN suggests waiting ten minutes for a crunchier cookie. I can’t tell you how that might have turned out because mine was gone in five.
I prefer a softer cookie anyway
Give it a go, let me know what you think.
I think I'm definitely going to try that! Anything that's ready in 5 minutes is a god send in this house.
