Last night we hosted a BBQ dinner with friends, which was the easiest entertaining I’ve done for a long time. Paul organised the meat, friends brought the salads, dips and desserts! Done.

Mel brought a simply delicious dessert that I’m definitely going to be making myself one day. It’s this grilled banana and custard crumble.

I highly recommend giving it a go – you could do lots of different variations with fruits in season, and make it healthier with low fat custard and a more muesli based crumble (but why would you?).
