I am SO disappointed!
I cut into what I believe to be a celeriac only to find this:
Not having used this veg before I didn’t want to cut away the ‘bad’ and use the ‘good’, just in case I got it wrong! So the whole lot (which cost me $3!!!!) went in the bin.
On the upside, all the other veg looks lovely. Stay tuned for hopefully better news about that.
yeah thats not a great celeriac but the good ones are great in mash.
