I Went Walking


I’ve been out walking {almost} every day for the last few weeks, and it’s really helping to keep me sane. It gives me time to think, it gives me some space (even if I am pushing the pram), and it gives me a nice flush to my cheeks :)


Even though it’s cold outside, and there are monster hills all around my house, I still enjoy my walks. I have to remind myself of that sometimes though, before I go out. Why is it that it’s SO hard to motivate yourself to get out of the house for a walk sometimes, when you really enjoy it once you do it?

So this is my little reminder to myself (and to you too, if you like). GO FOR  A WALK. You’ll enjoy it.



  1. I was trying to start walking daily again but the past three weeks here have been either raining, or too cold to take Flynn out. Happily, this week i've managed to get in two Zumba classes and three walks - yay for me!
