Today I made it my mission to find a veg that I could not identify (hopefully in season!), learn about it and cook it.
I found this ugly monster.
What is it?
What shall I do with it!?
I’m pretty sure I know what it is, so now I’m off to google to get confirmation and advice. What do you think?
Buggered if I know what it is but it definitely looks interesting! Can't wait to find out if anyone knows too!
